In order to keep up with increasing costs and expanded services for 2026-2027, we are asking that each family unit increase their dues by 5%. Additionally, we have found that asking for a Building Fund donation separate from the dues did not express that these funds are imperative to our functioning. We have therefore decided to incorporate the building fund donation of $180 into the dues. This increase will allow us to catch up with inflation and the costs of running a congregation of this scale.
Our suggested average total annual household membership pledge for 2026-2027 is $2,800 or $234 per month per household. We recognize that this amount is not possible for everyone, but ask that all members make a minimum pledge of $18 per month. Your attached invoice is a reflection of this 5% + $180 increase based on your dues paid last year.
Our actual yearly costs per family are $3,500. For those who are able, we appreciate a higher yearly pledge. Additionally, please consider giving to the David Walden Fund an amount of $216 per year to sponsor a family that cannot afford membership in 2026-2027.
