Tot/Family Shabbat, Nosh & Shabbat Services

April 23, 2025 by Alicia Phillips

Join us for a Shabbat evening designed for everyone in our community to find the “right-sized” way to welcome Shabbat.

We begin at 5:30pm with Tot/Family Shabbat, a warm and engaging gathering for our youngest community members and their families—with songs, a story, and simple Shabbat blessings.

At 6:00pm, we continue with a light nosh, including appetizers and challah.

At 6:30pm, we gather for a Community Shabbat service, offering a meaningful pause in the week and a chance to connect with community, reflection, and shared traditions.

TBY Annual Passover Community Seder – Thursday, April 2nd

Members Cost:

  • Paid Reservations Before March 25th $80 adults, $50 children (ages 6-13), under 6 & over 80 are free.
  • Paid Reservations After March 25th $90 adults, $60 children (ages 6-13), under 6 & over 80 are free.

  • Paid Reservations After March 25th $110 adults, $70 children (ages 6-13), under 6 & over 80 are free.

If you are in the financial position to sponsor a person or family, please contact Rabbi Evon so arrangements can be made.

The evening includes a TBY Passover Seder experience, with a full traditional meal and some non-traditional dishes as well.  Starting with an appetizer of homestyle gefilte fish, followed by homemade Bubbe’s chicken soup with matzo balls which will be served family style.  Then there’s a buffet meal with numerous main dishes and sides.  Don’t forget to save room for the dessert spread.  Traditional Passover wine and of course, grape juice is included in the price.  But to enhance your Seder experience, we are offering some select Kosher for Passover wines for a suggested corkage fee donation which will be offered on a first come first serve basis.  Payment may be made by cash or check at the Seder.

If you are interested in helping with the Seder in any capacity (cooking, baking, room set up, clean up) feel free to contact Alexis – 530-545-9742 or [email protected].

Together, we can make this a Passover to remember!
