FOCUS ON ELUL
A ZOOM WORKSHOP FOR SISTERHOOD OF TBY AND NTHC.
AUGUST 30TH @ 5PM
ADVANCED REGISTRATION REQUIRED
You are invited to join Sisterhood for SoulCollage® with a Twist of Torah.
Combining the ingredients of SoulCollage® and Jewish tradition makes for a very rich recipe.
In this workshop we will blend SoulCollage® (an easy, enjoyable collage process for self-discovery
and community) with Jewish themes for the month of Elul. Enjoy the caring community of Sisterhood
while exploring how SoulCollage® can be used for reflection and guidance to begin the new year of
5781.
SoulCollage® is an expressive arts method that uses found images, imagination, and intuition, offering
a wonderful path to explore and discover what yearns to be expressed. It is a fun and easy way to
dive into creativity and discover the wisdom that will help you on your life journey. Learn the basics
of creating your own 5” × 8” collaged cards that reflect the Story of You.
No experience necessary. The only prerequisite is showing up with an open heart, curious, eager,
and willing to play.
“My SoulCollage experiences with Eve have stirred my creative juices. Her connections to our Jewish roots open the mind to explore and feel deeply about who we are. A beautiful Sisterhood activity to share.” (Charna Silver)
“The intention of SoulCollage® is to offer a flexible, creative, accessible, and inclusive tool that can be used as a practice for exploring, healing, and empowering personal and collective evolution, so that each one of us can manifest our unique potential locally and globally in increasingly balanced, compassionate, and joy-filled forms, both individually and in community.” www.soulcollage.com
The workshop will be led by Eve Giovenco, SoulCollage® Facilitator, who lives in perpetual creative
response to life and loves sharing the engaging process of SoulCollage®. Eve is a member of both
Temple Bat Yam & North Tahoe Hebrew Congregation in Lake Tahoe.
In preparation for the workshop, Eve will provide you with a list of easily accessible materials to
have on hand. The cost for the workshop is $36 ($18 for the workshop and $18 donation to
Sisterhood).
