Join Jared Skoff for an introduction to the Yiddish language and expressions rooted in a Jewish way of life. A look at Yiddish words you didn’t know you knew, exploring language and culture through the lens of Jewish food and ritual.
Bio: Jared Skoff attends the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies in Los Angeles, where he is a first-year student. He also works as the program director of the Camp Ramah’s national office, and as staff supervisor of Ramah Wisconsin’s program for young adults with disabilities. Jared is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, and is a native of Cleveland, Ohio.
